“Whenever I had people over for my birthday, my intention was just to cook good food for my friends and family, but I didn’t want to feel like I was obliging them to bring me presents. So, as a joke, I started calling it Saint Brian’s Feast Day, and served up a barbecue-themed menu with homemade sauces.

“When, in 2014 at the encouragement of my friends and family, I started to bottle and sell the sauce, it seemed fitting to call the business Saint Brian’s BBQ.

“Our goal is simple: to bring the best, homemade, gourmet barbecue products from our table to yours.”
